In our commune, we have 13 sportive associations : yoga, dance, badminton, archer, gymnastics, football, basketball, bowls, walker, folklore, auto-cross, country dance and mountain biking.
Moutain biking- the most important association
We have a host structure in the commune lead by the Bresset family. They wants children and adolescents to discover and like cycling. Several activities are proposed : cross-country, trial, dual. It is a dynamic club because of the good results of the cyclists and the good atmosphere.
Folklore
Our folklore was created in 1984. It is a group that gathers people, who are passionate by traditional Breton dances. They dance several local dances :

. Polka de Ploeuc à quatres figures
. Balancière de Ploeuc en quadrette
We can see our folklore during the Fest noz* and Fest-deiz**, anniversay, weeding, fair…
There are other associations, which are not sportive: couture, hunting, youth center, theater group, firefighter, blood donor, art and culture, clubs for seniors,
*Fest noz is a breton term, which means “night party”
**Fest Deiz is a breton term, which means « day party »
In Fest noz, we always dance a dance, which has the name of our commune the " Polka from Ploeuc"
